I was told by an old woman to apply breast milk but maybe that only works for diaper rash that is not severe? I tried it on my baby and it made no real difference. I tried a couple of different creams and was then recommended a salve by a woman working behind the counter of my local herbal store (it is only available on-line). I purchased this 'tiny troubles salve' which is golden in colour and it worked wonders just like the store worker said! My mom said my baby's diaper rash was the worst she had ever seen but after only a couple applications it was getting better. I now use it as an everyday diaper cream since the rash cleared up two weeks ago and it is great even though it is pricey. It's not as messy as the useless creams I was using and I only use a tiny amount now.

What I do with my baby girl: any spots or dry skin or even a scratch that she did to her face when crying I put Breast Milk on there and within 24-48hrs it’s gone. B.M is Liquid Gold. Mamas believe in the process trust me!
